Our Featured Service
Decarbonization Services in Los Angeles, CA
Cut your carbon footprint and your energy bills. We plan and install the all-electric upgrades — heat pumps, solar + battery storage, EV charging and panel upgrades — that move homes and buildings off fossil fuels, with one licensed team accountable for all of it.
Decarbonization
One Team for Your Entire Path to All-Electric
Decarbonizing a home or building isn’t one product — it’s a sequence. A gas furnace becomes a high-efficiency heat pump. The roof starts producing power. A battery stores it for the evening peak. An EV charger, smart thermostats and a right-sized electrical panel tie it all together. Done in the wrong order, each step costs more than it should.
Because Energy Control HVAC is a licensed HVAC, electrical and solar contractor under one roof, we design the whole roadmap first — then install it in the order that makes financial and technical sense for your property, whether you do it all at once or in phases.
We serve homeowners, landlords and commercial building owners across Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Bernardino, and we show you the real numbers: equipment, available utility and state incentives, projected savings and the carbon you’ll stop emitting.

Decarbonization FAQ
Decarbonization Questions
Straight answers from our licensed technicians. Still have a question? Call us — a real person answers 24/7.
What does decarbonization mean for my home?
It means replacing equipment that burns fossil fuel — usually a gas furnace — with efficient electric alternatives like heat pumps, and powering them with cleaner electricity such as rooftop solar. The result is lower emissions, better indoor air and, in most Southern California homes, lower long-term energy costs.
Do I have to replace everything at once?
No. Most customers electrify in phases — often when an old furnace or AC is due for replacement. We build a roadmap so every step you take now fits the next one later, and nothing has to be redone.
Will my electrical panel handle a heat pump, EV charger and solar?
Older 60–100 amp panels often can’t. Because we’re licensed electricians as well as HVAC and solar installers, we assess your panel first and coordinate any upgrade with the rest of the project — sometimes smart load management avoids an upgrade entirely.
Are rebates available for electrification?
Often, yes. LADWP, Southern California Edison and California state programs have offered incentives for heat pumps, efficiency upgrades and storage. Programs change frequently, so we check what’s currently available for your address and show it on your quote.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We help offices, retail, restaurants and multifamily owners plan heat-pump conversions, rooftop unit replacements, solar and EV charging, with documented records to support energy reporting and compliance.
